These terms and conditions govern the use of AO Platinum Chauffeurs' services. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
All journeys are quoted in advance at a fixed price based on the pickup location, drop-off location, passenger numbers and luggage requirements provided at the time of enquiry.
Full payment is required to confirm online bookings unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled journey are typically non-refundable. Rescheduled journeys are not subject to this charge, subject to availability. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or end a journey where passenger conduct puts the safety of the driver, vehicle or other passengers at risk.
AO Platinum Chauffeurs maintains appropriate licensing and insurance for the services provided. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather or events affecting the road network.
AO Platinum Chauffeurs is registered and licensed with Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC), Private Hire Operator Licence #62.
