All online bookings require full payment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled journey are typically non-refundable. However, rescheduled journeys are not subject to this charge.
Our fares include all tolls and drop-off charges. Please note that extra stops, waiting time, or drop-offs not listed in the original booking will incur additional charges.
If your journey involves a pick-up or drop-off near a large event, such as a concert, football match or arena show, please contact us by phone or email before booking online. Additional charges may apply due to traffic conditions and increased journey time.
